Condo Interiors - Each condo is privately owned and uniquely decorated..... please check out the pictures of your individual condo right here on our website!!
Check-Ins - Our check-in time BEGINS at 3pm and later. Although we do everything in our power to have the condos ready by 3pm, we do not guarantee that your condo will be ready by that time. If you are here early, please stop in the rental office and we'll be happy to see if the condo is ready! If you plan on arriving after 5pm please contact us so we can make arrangements to leave your keys in a designated area.
Check-outs - The check-out time is by 11am. Please return your keys to our on site rental office.
Deposits and Payments - We require a deposit for all rental stays. If you will be renting for a week, the following deposit amounts must be paid; 1 bedroom condos - $200.00, 2 bedroom condos - $300.00, 3 bedroom condos - $400.00, and 4 bedroom condos - $500.00. If you are renting for less than a week, we require either one-night's rent or $100, whichever is greater. The remainder of the balance for the stay is due to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
Forms of Payment - For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards, personal checks, travelers checks, as well as cash.
Departure Cleaning - We do not require you to clean the condo upon your departure. What's more, we do not charge you separately for it either. It is included in the rental fee.
Optional Linen Package for Stays of a Week or More - The owners of the condos do not provide sheets and towels. It is your option to bring your own linens or rent sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats and kitchen towels. If ordered in advance, the linen package is $30 per person per week of stay. All linen orders placed upon arrival of check-in will be charged $35 per person per week of stay.
Minimum Lengths of Stay - During the busy season, Mid-May to Mid-September, we rent Saturday to Saturday. Off-season, we rent a minimim of a 3-night stay, and you may come and go on whichever days of the week that you would like to.
Cancellations - If cancellation occurs prior to 30 days before arrival, renter forfeits their deposit. If cancellation occurs on or after 30 days before arrival, then renter forfeits all amounts paid. We strongly recommend all renters purchase Trip or Cancellation Insurance if they want cancellation protection. There are no refunds for early departures.
Pet Tolerant Units - A few condo owners have decided to allow renters to bring their pets with them on vacation. We charge a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee for the 1st pet and $75.00 for each additional pet. Units that are pet tolerant allow for pets all year except from mid - May through mid - September. Please ask about units that accept pets.
Age Restriction - To reserve a condo, you must be 25 years of age or older, or married. That same person must be staying in the condo reserved.
Rental Agreement - To confirm a reservation, you must agree to and sign a rental agreement form. This form spells out the various rules and regulations.
